Victim Courtney Elder: Getting some action on the stairs

If they only knew what we could see. They wouldn't be fucking on those stairs ever again! We got word of this apartment house that a lot of people were going to and fucking on the steps. We didn't believe it either. Though, we thought we would install one of our cheaper cameras just to see what happened. That way if any crack heads found the camera and tried to sell it, they wouldn't get much out of it. That didn't happen and this couple is so owned. We couldn't believe what our camera caught. There really are people going in there and fucking. Why? Well, we haven't figured that one out yet.
